Features of Embedding Station
1. Delayed start feature can be programmed up to 7 days in advance.
2. Double over-heating protection ensures safety and reliability in the paraffin tank.
3. The large-capacity paraffin tank can supply sufficient hot paraffin to produce 250 specimen blocks at one time.
4. Responsive, hand-operated jog button and foot switch are available for options. These added features are the first of its kind among competitive pathology instruments.
5. Unique lighting system is set above the work area, providing bright illumination of the embedding process for small-sized specimens.
6. Separate temperature control systems for the paraffin tank, paraffin dispensing nozzle, work table, thermal tank and storage tank. Temperature adjustment range is from the ambient temperature up to 99℃.
7. A separate cold plate can be freely paired up with the embedding center or sectioning station, and it is very easy to maintain and repair.
8. Heated paraffin flows back into the tank by gravity and under the control of a solenoid valve.
